Amanda Mammana has struggled all of her life with a speech impediment. Listening to her speak requires patience. But the amazing thing is that she can sing beautifully without any impediment showing up. If they had such an impediment, most people would not want to be put on a stage where they would have to talk to people. However, Amanda saw it as an opportunity to face her dragon and turn her impediment into an asset.
